Europe on Track 10 – Crowdfunding Terms & Conditions

Silver Pack and Golden Pack Donations

For those who donate for the Silver Pack or Golden Pack, two options are available

  1. If the donor chooses to have their name in all entries, they need not take any further action.
  2. Alternatively, the donor can specify other names or email addresses for the additional entries by including this information in the comment section during the donation process.

Please note that all entries associated with the Silver Pack and Golden Pack donations will be counted accordingly based on the chosen option.

Merchandise Shipping

  1. We offer three options for receiving your merchandise:
    1. Collect in Person: You may collect your merchandise in person during Agora Novi Sad 2024.
    2. Authorize Collection: You can authorize someone from your local group to collect on your behalf during Agora Novi Sad 2024. Logistics for this option will be discussed and arranged via email.
    3. If you prefer, we can ship the merchandise to your address. Please note that while there won’t be additional shipping costs for you, opting for shipping may result in reduced profits for the project.
  2. For supporters outside the EU, please note that while we aim to facilitate shipping, the costs involved will be your responsibility. We will contact you via email to inform you about the additional shipping cost and arrange for payment. It is imperative that you provide a valid and accurate email address to facilitate this process.
  3. Shipping of merchandise will commence after the campaign ends. Please allow a specified timeframe (to be communicated at the time of selection) for the delivery of your merchandise. Delivery times may vary based on your location and current shipping conditions.
  4. By participating in this campaign and selecting merchandise as part of your donation, you acknowledge and agree to these shipping terms. Your support is greatly appreciated, and your understanding helps us maximize the impact of our project. Thank you.

General

  1. The organizers reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions without notice, at their discretion. Any changes will be communicated as necessary.

Privacy

  1. By participating in this crowdfunding campaign, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
